Stephen Reed is a Toronto-trained orthopaedic surgeon on staff at the Humber River Hospital. He specializes in the treatment of arthritis and arthroscopic knee and shoulder ligament reconstruction. A graduate of Oxford University Medical School, he obtained specialty fellowship surgical training in Brisbane Australia and at the Orthopaedic and Arthritic Hospital in Toronto, Canada. He has a Master’s degrees from Oxford University and the University of Toronto and has published extensively in the orthopaedic literature including the Clinical Journal of Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy Journal. Dr. Reed has co-authored four best-selling books with his wife, naturopathic doctor Penny Kendall-Reed. He has taught at the CCNM on orthopaedic pathology and treatment and lectures in Toronto and Florida on surgical and non-surgical management of arthritis and sport-related knee conditions.
